Student Sustainability Showcase: Beatrice Ke

Center for the Business of Sustainability Impact Careers Specialist Intern, Beatrice Ke, helps the center research ESG impact careers and networks with professionals and alumni to create a resource to distribute to undergrads pursuing impact careers.
Outside of CBoS, Beatrice is a member and former vice president of marketing and outreach for Net Impact on Penn State's campus. Her job as vice president included overseeing event planning, organizing sustainable activities, and team bonding. Net Impact organizes the largest annual student-run sustainability conference on campus.
Other than Net Impact, Beatrice is involved with EcoReps. As a student sustainability ambassador, she helps design educational events, runs eco-lectures, and leads recycling initiatives. EcoReps is also known for its community service to help improve the environment, which includes clothing swaps and waste reuse.
"My academic journey is deeply rooted in my passion for sustainable business and my commitment to shaping a greener future generation," Ke states. "I hope to spread awareness of sustainability and environmental issues on campus through my efforts and prepare myself for a sustainability-related career."
