Impact investor and Smeal alum launches IMPACTIVATE
Impact Investing is an $8 trillion dollar industry in the U.S. (US SIF, 2016). I got to talk this week with Casey Clark, 2007 Smeal Finance grad, who helped to create the impact investing function within Glenmede which has over $40 billion of assets under management. He told me about an interesting web-resource, impactivate, an information clearinghouse for those interested the "expression of their values through their investments."
About Impactivate (from the site)
Impactivate explores tactics, trends, ideas, and success stories about impact investing and other ways financial decisions can pave the way to a healthier and more just world.
Impactivate seeks to inform and inspire investors as well as facilitate the expression of their values through their investments. Impactivate is sponsored by Glenmede, an investment and wealth management firm founded in 1956 to manage the charitable assets of the Pew family.
Be sure to check out IMPACTIVATE.
